The system has been developed by The Office of Technology
Development at Student Affairs for maintaining an on-line
archive of institutional documents. It is designed to solve
problems presented by lost or inaccessible documents that are
important to the institution. The archive is user-generated,
administrated by the Office of Technology Development, and holds
meta-data useful for finding documents as well as links to the
original documents.
SEAL™
is available to all employees at the
University of Central Oklahoma, however to be able to use it the
employee needs to go to Registration Section, and to request a
password. The office of Technology Development will verify
his/her eligibility and will send a password to the e-mail
address entered upon registration.
