UCO OFFERS TO REPLACE LOST DIPLOMAS FOR THOSE IMPACTED BY RECENT TORNADOES

The University of Central Oklahoma will offer free duplicate diplomas to graduates impacted by the recent tornadoes.

“UCO values our graduates, and although getting a framed diploma may not be a priority for Central graduates who have experienced the devastation brought on by these tornadoes, we feel it is yet another way for us to continue to show support and encouragement for our alumni,” Adam Johnson, Ed.D., associate vice president of enrollment management and registrar.

“The diploma is a symbol of their academic achievement, and we wanted to offer this to them as a reminder of their accomplishments through this incredibly difficult time.”

Central has also partnered with the campus Barnes and Noble Bookstore to provide opportunities for a free diploma frame for those directly impacted.

To get a duplicate diploma contact Shelley Lute, associate registrar for degree certification, at 405-974-2356 or tlute@uco.edu.
