UCO TEACHER JOB FAIR CONNECTS JOB-SEEKING EDUCATORS TO MORE THAN 40 HIRING DISTRICTS AND ORGANIZATIONS
The University of Central Oklahoma will host the 2013 Teacher Job Fair from 9 a.m. to noon April 3, in the Nigh University Center ballrooms on Central’s campus.
The fair is free and open to anyone interested in pursuing a professional position in education.
Participants should dress professionally and bring copies of their resume.
More than 40 school districts and educational organizations will have booths at the fair, including Edmond Public Schools, Oklahoma City Public Schools, Broken Arrow Public Schools, Tulsa Public Schools, Midland Independent School District (Texas) and Arkansas City Public Schools (Kansas). Each will provide participants the opportunity to visit with school administrators, learn about the district communities, discuss job openings and possibly conduct a job interview during the fair.
Booth space for any district, school or educational organization that wishes to recruit employees is still available, but must be reserved by Friday, March 29.
To reserve booth space or learn more about this event, contact Central’s Office of Career Services at 405-974-3346 or visit www.careers.uco.edu.
